Job Description – Delivery Head - Naviq
The Delivery Head is responsible for leading and governing the end-to-end delivery portfolio across strategic regions.

The Delivery Head will drive predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes while ensuring strong governance across financials, customer satisfaction, talent utilization, and operational efficiency.
The role will also champion AI-led delivery governance, data-driven decision making, and scalable delivery practices aligned to Naviq transformation goals.

Delivery & Customer Excellence
Own and govern delivery execution across the assigned regional portfolio (APAC+ME+Europe+Rest of Americas).
Drive strong delivery discipline and governance across project lifecycles.
Ensure delivery teams consistently meet customer commitments and contractual obligations.
Drive Industry aligned and AI-enabled delivery best practices, metrics, and governance frameworks across regions.
Establish proactive escalation management and issue resolution mechanisms.
Business & Financial Accountability
Own portfolio financial performance including:
Ensure accurate forecasting, financial planning, and margin governance with high diligence.
Identify risks and opportunities early and take corrective actions proactively.
Drive delivery plans of high value proposals working with practices and regional teams

Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Management
Drive strong customer relationships across regions and accounts.
Partner closely with account leadership, consulting, engineering, and practice teams to ensure account growth and aligned customer outcomes.
AI-led Delivery Governance




Work with AI CoE to integrate AI into delivery management and operational processes
Ability to drive AI adoption, define governance practices, and lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across delivery portfolios
Build AI-first delivery operating models and execution frameworks
Ensure weekly AI-driven delivery dashboards are published with actionable insights on:
Delivery health
Financials
Risks and dependencies
Quality indicators
Leverage AI and automation for delivery insights,Resource optimization and Risk identification across portfolios.

Build a high-performance AI-aware delivery organization focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strengthen team communication, engagement, and delivery culture across geographies.
Drive strong delivery leadership practices and succession readiness.
Strong global delivery leadership experience in consulting and digital transformation programs.
Strong financial acumen and portfolio governance capabilities.
Expertise in delivery management, program governance, and operational excellence.
Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development practices
Experience in identifying AI-led transformation opportunities within client engagements
Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience & Qualifications

- 22+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or digital transformation leadership roles.
- Experience in travel, transportation, or enterprise digital transformation domains is preferred.
- Strong exposure to global customer engagement and distributed delivery models.

Or Any India centre with willingness to travel to rest of the centres, as much as needed
