Engineer – Sales & Marketing Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing
Experience : 6 – 10 Years

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business development to generate enquiries and acquire current customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and end users.
Manage key accounts, understand customer requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review tenders, assess risks, and prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Lead commercial negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure profitability and contractual compliance.
Monitor payment collections, outstanding receivables, and commercial closures.
Qualifications & Experience




BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Relevant experience in HVAC or engineering capital goods industries.
Knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.

Strong techno-commercial negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to interpret contracts, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Understanding of product application engineering and performance.
Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
