Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Manager to join our IT team. Fully support, install, configure, integrate, maintain, update, upgrade and manage PIS networks and in-house servers/current server hardware and applications.

- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., Ensure network security and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
- Define network policies, procedures and practices.
- Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data is handled,



transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
- Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems.

Requisite qualification and/or experience as a Server & Network Administrator, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, along with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
- Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.

Any Degree with minimum 7-8 years' experience as a Server & Network Administrator preferred.

Must have the certifications of CCNP, CCNA, MCSA, AWS.
