Technical Facility Manager
The Real Estate Department is a shared function responsible for the operation and maintenance of two facilities comprising laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, offices, and a restaurant. These environments place high demands on operational reliability, safety, and quality.
Lead HVAC projects
Follow up and manage service agreements with operations and maintenance contractors




Procure and manage consultants and contractors
Manage project budgets and schedules
Contribute to the development of the properties' technical standards and long-term maintenance strategies
Provide technical support to the Head of Real Estate
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
Lead and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and projects
Relevant technical education or equivalent experience
Several years of relevant qualified experience
Experience managing property or industrial projects
Experience coordinating and managing contractors
Experience with technical building installations
Strong understanding of, and experience with, HVAC systems
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience working with cleanroom environments and medical device operations
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation
Experience with energy optimization and energy efficiency projects
