This role is built for someone who thinks like a systems architect even though you're not writing the architecture yourself. You've shipped AI/ML product before. You understand how integrations and backend systems actually behave under load, not just in theory. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML-powered Service capabilities across Scheduling, Repair Order Management, Parts Operations, Technician Workflows,

8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products

- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML product management experience: building ML-powered features, working directly with data scientists or ML engineers, understanding the model lifecycle end to end. Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Solid business acumen and the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly when everything looks urgent
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to partner closely with ML/AI engineers, design, data science, and GTM

Experience in automotive service or aftermarket, or with dealer/OEM service workflows
Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems
Background in operations research, process optimization, or workflow automation
