Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhopal. The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for the platform. The role also involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings and sales strategies. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, prepare proposals, and provide regular market feedback to support strategic growth.





Solid skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive expansion.

Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.

Account Management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Background in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, technology, or marketplace platforms.

Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage time effectively, and meet targets under minimal supervision.

Comfort with using CRM tools, data-driven insights, and basic analytics to support decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
