Pfizer seeks a senior technical architect to define AI and solution strategy for the Digital Quality organization, driving standardized architecture, reusable components, and scaled AI adoption across a global portfolio of quality, safety, and environmental solutions.

Responsibilities

Own target-state solution architecture across quality, laboratory, manufacturing, and safety domains

Establish and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and reusable components for DQ solutions

Define AI and agentic AI strategy, use case patterns, and enterprise platform integration

Act as design authority for major investments, reviewing designs and providing architectural assurance

Mentor architects and engineers; lead Communities of Practice to spread best practices

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise software delivery
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI/ML to production systems
- Strong cloud, integration, and data architecture expertise
- Proven ability to establish and drive adoption of technical standards across teams
- Experience across full system lifecycle from business case through value realization
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
