SAP DATA MIGRATION SPECIALISTLocation : Bengaluru (Hybrid - 3 Days Work From Office)Experience : 6 - 8 YearsWe are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Specialist with 6 - 8 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, ETL development, data transformation, and validation to support an SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project.Key Responsibilities : - Execute data migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.- Work extensively with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM, DMC).- Develop and orchestrate ETL jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading.- Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality validation.- Handle field mapping, migration templates,



and transformation rules.- Migrate master and transactional data.- Extract and validate data using SAP HANA Studio and SQL for HANA.- Perform pre-load and post-load validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a large, multi-vendor workplace.Mandatory Technical Skills : - SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM / DMC)- SAP HANA Studio and SQL for HANA- ETL development and orchestration- Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transformation- Master and transactional data migration- Pre-load and post-load data validationGood to Have : - LSMW experience for legacy data migration.Location & Work Model : - Candidates must be based in Bengaluru.- Must be available to work from the office 3 days per week.Ideal Candidate Profile : - 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Data Migration.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Experience working in large, multi-vendor project environments.
