The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement-related projects. This role involves coordinating procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of IT products and services, liaising with vendors, and supporting the procurement team in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor management, and project coordination.

What you'll do as the [Project Coordinator]:

Track and monitor procurement project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination.

Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.

Proficiency in procurement and project management tools.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with ERP, Service Now and procurement software is a plus.
