Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

- Generate and optimize leads based on CPL, quality and conversions
- Manage CRM, lead allocation, lead tracking and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead performance and conversion tracking
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and other social channels
- Plan monthly social media calendars and content strategies
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives, reels and campaign content
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and social media performance
- Handle complete on-page and off-page SEO
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions,



headings and website content
- Work on technical SEO basics, indexing, sitemap and Search Console issues
- Build backlink and off-page SEO strategies
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
- Monitor website performance through GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager
- Continuously improve overall digital marketing performance
