Academic Counsellors / Senior Sales Associates

Engage with students and parents through consultative sales conversations.

- Drive outbound and follow-up calls and manage the sales pipeline.
- Drive conversions and contribute directly to business growth.

Robust sales acumen and a result-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/sales tools.
- EdTech sales experience is mandatory (K-12 EdTech / Test Prep preferred).
- Bachelor's degree and own device.
