Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Immigration Sales

Work Mode: Full-Time | In office
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in Immigration Consulting (Mandatory)

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Immigration Sales Consultants to achieve monthly conversion targets. Guide and monitor the team to connect with qualified prospects and maintain active, high-converting sales pipelines.

Performance Monitoring: Review daily call volumes, lead follow-ups, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios. Conduct regular team performance reviews.





Mandatory 4+ years of direct experience in Sales.

At least 1–2 years of experience managing or supervising a target-driven Immigration Sales team handling Canadian or Australian immigration processes.

Strong command of English and Malayalam.

- Exceptional negotiation, sales closing, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong professional network within the immigration or premium sales industry in Kerala.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recent updates to Australian or Canadian immigration policies and migration frameworks.
