Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead housekeeping operations with a solid focus on quality, team ownership, and disciplined execution, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Own end-to-end housekeeping operations; implement rosters, checklists, and workflows; uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Quality & Audits
Drive audits and inspections; identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions; maintain consistent quality benchmarks
People Leadership
Build and lead teams; drive role clarity, discipline, and ownership; plan manpower as per operational needs
Training




Lead onboarding and continuous training; ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards
Inventory & Cost
Manage inventory and procurement; drive cost efficiency and minimize wastage
Customer Experience
Resolve complaints with urgency; ensure effective service recovery and high satisfaction
Governance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records and reports; track performance via audits and KPIs; ensure process compliance

Eligibility & Skills

- 7–10 years in housekeeping operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Process-driven with high ownership and attention to detail
