Thor Solutions is a digital studio founded in 2012. We design and build websites, mobile apps and custom software, and we run digital marketing and brand development for clients across India, the UAE, the UK and beyond. Our team brings years of global project experience and a clear focus on high quality design and modern technology.
You will own new business for Thor Solutions in India and international markets, primarily the UAE, USA, UK and Australia. Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, phone outreach and referrals, and qualify them against clear criteria.
Set up meetings with decision makers, both online and in person, including attending meetings and industry events in key markets when required.
Run discovery calls to understand the client's goals, budget, timelines and who signs off.
Work with our design, development and marketing leads to scope solutions and prepare proposals and presentations.
Keep the CRM accurate and report weekly on activity, pipeline and forecast.
At least 4 years in business development or sales at a digital agency,



IT services firm or technology company.
A proven record of building your own pipeline and closing deals, ideally with international clients.
A working understanding of websites, WordPress, ecommerce, mobile apps, SEO and digital marketing. Explicit, confident written and spoken English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfort with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online collaboration tools.
The discipline to manage your own time and hit targets without close supervision.
Willingness to work hours that overlap with client time zones and to travel when needed.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is useful, but relevant experience matters more.

An existing network in the UAE, UK, USA or Australia.
Experience selling recurring services such as hosting, maintenance plans or monthly marketing retainers.
