WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR IT RECRUITER – US STAFFING

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5–7 Years
Zennsoft Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, implementation hiring, vendor management, and candidate placement.
Candidates with a proven track record of successfully handling implementation requirements and working with implementation partners are highly preferred.
Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Handle W2, C2C, and Full time recruitment requirements.
Manage implementation requirements and coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
Maintain accurate candidate information,



submissions, and interview updates in the ATS/CRM.
5–7 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

- Strong hands-on experience in implementation recruitment and coordination with implementation partners.
- Thorough understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring models.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process, vendor management, and rate negotiation.
- Preferred Technical Hiring Experience
