Manage recruitment activities, from coordinating role requirements and interviews to communicating with candidates and supporting onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel documents, and HR trackers using MS-Office and organized filing practices.
Prepare and review salary structures, payroll inputs, and compensation-related records, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, collecting documentation, and helping managers follow established processes.
Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures, communicating clearly in spoken and written English.
Draft and update HR letters,



policy documents, and reports in MS-Word and MS-Excel, checking information for accuracy and clarity.
