The Expansion Program Manager will be responsible for centre expansion across top cities, owning the end-to-end transformation process from site identification to centre launch.
End-to-end programme management and ownership of the transformation process from site to centre launch.
Real Estate, Legal, Business Finance, Projects, City Teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth, and Audits) to programme-manage launch operations.
Interface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presales.
Capital expenditure ownership and management across projects, equipment, and other line items.
Improve the overall launch process and franchise partner satisfaction with current launches
Identify, communicate,



and problem-solve any potential risks to launching centres on time and with a great member experience.

Sharp programme management skills — building and executing SOPs, gaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and driving execution with high influence.

- 2–5 years of experience in project/programme management; startup experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university (Engineering, Law, Commerce, or Management)
- Previous experience in a franchise or client-based business preferred.
