Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: Gravity Faucet Pvt. Ltd. Location: Site 4, Sahibabad (Manufacturing Unit)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage customer and dealer relationships in a rapid-growing bathware/faucet manufacturing company. The role involves handling B2B customer interactions, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and visiting the market to strengthen dealer and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle dealer & distributor queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
2. Connect with dealer and distributor for Sales Order
3. Achieve monthly sales targets
4. Manage customer complaints and service requests with timely follow-ups
5. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for seamless order processing
6. Track order status, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines
7. Maintain and update CRM data accurately and consistently
8. Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review
9. Ensure timely resolution (TAT) of all customer queries and complaints
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
11. Conduct regular market visits across India to meet dealers and distributors, understand ground challenges, and strengthen relationships

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
2. Experience in customer handling or client coordination
3. Good problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
4. Proficiency in Excel (MIS reporting, basic formulas, tracking)
5. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
6. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
7. Willingness to travel for market visits
8. Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Building Materials industry
9. Prior experience in dealer/distributor handling (preferred)
10. Exposure to order management and dispatch coordination
11. Comfortable with field travel and client interaction
12. Immediate joiner or candidates with short notice period preferred
