Job Description – Electrician

Position Title: Electrician

Location: Wayanad, Kerala

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain the electrical systems of guest villas, restaurants, staff accommodation and public areas.

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.

Identify and rectify electrical faults promptly.

Operate and maintain pumps, motors and control panels.

Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment.

Support electrical work during villa construction, coordinating with other maintenance staff.

Follow electrical safety procedures and report hazards immediately.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of electrical wiring; ability to identify and rectify faults.

Equipment handling, including pumps, motors and control panels.

Teamwork and good communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI (Electrician trade)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
