- Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 3–4 years of team-management experience is essential.
Approximately 5 years of leadership experience in international sales will be an advantage.




Experience in sales and marketing of electrical/electronic products will be preferred.
Experience working with global OEMs, strategic customers or multinational organizations will be an advantage.

Sound knowledge and experience in key account management , particularly with OEM customers.
Robust commercial acumen and understanding of sales, margins, pricing and working-capital drivers.
Good technical awareness of products and applications, preferably including Cable Management Systems/Insulators/Surge Arresters/Connectors
The role is expected to act as a strategic business leader for the international business , balancing revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, commercial performance and long-term business development.

The incumbent will be expected to move beyond a production-led mindset and establish a market- and customer-led growth agenda , while strengthening strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable business performance.
