Positive People Consulting LLP is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to contribute to reliable, scalable technology solutions for its business and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern server-side systems, cloud deployments, integrations, and product-focused engineering in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust server-side logic using Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.
- Design, build, document, and optimize APIs that integrate smoothly with front-end applications and other services.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications across Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services environments.
- Improve the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable code and follow sound engineering, testing, and version-control practices.
- Investigate technical and performance issues,



identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.

Requirements

- A B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and Git-based version control.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in an agile environment.
- Exposure to Python, AI agents, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, DevOps practices, and software testing will be advantageous.
- Ability to learn quickly, apply innovative and analytical thinking, understand business use cases, empathize with customers, and communicate clearly.

This is an immediate-start, full-time, in-office opportunity based in Andheri, Mumbai, with two openings and an annual compensation range of ₹8,00,000 to ₹11,00,000.
