About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, experience with backend development, API integration, database management, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.- Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data efficiently.- Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external services.- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance issues and technical defects.- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability,



and security.- Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment processes.- Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of qualified experience in Python development.- Strong proficiency in Python programming, object-oriented programming, and data structures.- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration.- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.- Knowledge of ORM frameworks, database optimization, and query performance tuning.- Experience with Git and version control systems.- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.- Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
