About the Company : Capline Services is expanding its captive unit in the medical billing industry, based in Noida, Sector 62. We are looking for a skilled and agile Full Stack Developer Lead to drive the development of scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end application development while guiding team members.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.- Develop robust backend services using Node.js/NestJS and responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs with appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Architect scalable systems and make technical decisions related to application performance, maintainability, and security.- Design database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL/MySQL.- Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude into applications to develop intelligent features and automation workflows.- Implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain and evaluate AI solutions based on performance, cost, scalability, and limitations.- Manage application deployment and infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Nginx.- Establish and maintain version control practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools.- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues,
