We're hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. Senior Web Application Developer

As a senior Web Developer on the Sustaining Engineering L3 team, you will support, enhance, and maintain Aptiv's class-leading web-based automotive business intelligence tool. Support and enhance Aptiv's class-leading web-based automotive business intelligence tool as part of the Sustaining Engineering L3 team.

Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and developers to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure system reliability and performance.

Stay current with evolving software technologies and tools to continuously improve support capabilities and development efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree – Computer Science/Engineering or similar.

6 to 13 years of experience in web application software development.

Experience as a backend developer utilizing Java or Golang.

Experience building microservices using Service Oriented Architecture.

Experience with software testing (including unit testing frameworks).





Familiarity with debugging tools, performance profiling, and system optimization techniques.

Experience working with Spring Boot and Struts.

Master's degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or related degree programs.

Front-end development experience with React, Typescript, JavaScript, and CSS.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI-assisted coding and a track record of using state of the art tools to enhance development speed, efficiency, and code quality.

Familiar with database schema design principles, DB query languages such as SQL, and Domain-Driven Design principles.

Experience working with large data sets.
