Interior Company focuses on delivering a seamless, hassle-free experience for clients, from concept to completion. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 6 LPA. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and planning functional, aesthetically appealing spaces for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, translating needs into design proposals, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;). The role involves preparing design presentations, construction drawings, and detailed documentation, as well as collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution. The Interior Designer will also visit project sites to monitor progress, address design-related issues,



and ensure that the final outcome aligns with approved designs and client expectations.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, visually cohesive environments.

Candidates should possess relevant skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate plans and coordinate with project teams.

Candidates should possess experience in FF&E; selection and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools), along with basic knowledge of MS Office.

Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret and translate design briefs effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Knowledge of local building regulations, construction practices, and current design trends in residential and commercial interiors.
