The candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end solution concepts, coordinate with international Agile DevOps teams, and support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of global B2B CRM digital products.Required Technical Skills : - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP Sales Cloud.- B2B CRM business processes and SAP-based system environments.- C4C business objects and configuration.- Reporting management, territory management,



and dashboard management.- Data replication management.- C4C customizing and layout adaptations.- Transport management and organizational structure management.- SAP incident management.- Knowledge of interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premises systems.Required Qualified Skills : - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to coordinate business teams and service providers.- Experience working with international teams.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.- Experience using Jira and Confluence.- Fluency in English.Good-to-Have Skills : - SAP BW.- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).- SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.- SAP Marketing Cloud.- Knowledge of other SAP modules.
