About the Role:
We are looking for an Growth Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, especially in performance marketing, paid media, and SEO. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-performing campaigns, collaborate closely with internal teams, and contribute to client success through data driven insights and proactive coordination.

What You'll Do:

- Support account leads in managing day-to-day client communication and coordination.
- Assist in the development of digital strategies aligned with client objectives—spanning paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and content marketing.
- Execute and monitor paid campaigns, track KPIs, and suggest optimizations to improve performance.
- Work closely with creative, media, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Help prepare performance reports and contribute insights to improve campaign outcomes.




- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and status updates across internal and client teams.
- Keep updated with digital trends, tools, and platform updates to inform internal and client discussions.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client servicing (preferably in an agency environment).
- Exposure to managing or assisting with performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of SEO and hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Comfortable using CRM or nurturing tools like Hubspot, Lead Squared, etc.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a rapid-paced team environment.
