We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of Mirchi Digital's consumer-facing digital products. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong product intuition, technical understanding, and a customer-first mindset to build scalable, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences. Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and data analysis.

Translate business objectives into transparent product requirements, feature priorities, and actionable development plans.

Product Development & Execution

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to development, launch, and optimization.

Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release timelines using Agile/Lean methodologies.

Identify dependencies, manage risks, and proactively resolve execution challenges to ensure timely delivery.

User Experience & Customer Engagement

Champion a customer-first approach across product planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create intuitive, seamless, and engaging experiences across mobile applications and web platforms.

Drive initiatives focused on improving user engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, and overall product experience.

Leverage product analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions and measure feature performance.





Design and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments to continuously improve user experience and business metrics.

Develop a strong understanding of digital growth channels, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and organic discovery.

Influence cross-functional teams through clear thinking, data-backed recommendations, and strong collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5-10 years of relevant Product Management experience, preferably building and scaling B2C digital products.
- An MBA from a Tier 1 institution. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of the digital consumer ecosystem; experience in OTT, music streaming, entertainment, media, or subscription-led platforms will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Agile product development, sprint management, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent product analytics and design tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, mobile and web technologies, experimentation frameworks, and product performance monitoring.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to make structured, data-informed decisions.
