Service Associate – Trademark, IPR & Corporate Law

Ajmer, Rajasthan | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Handling Trademark Registration & Trademark Objection matters
- Trademark Examination Reports and replies
- Trademark Opposition & related proceedings
- Copyright and other IPR matters
- Basic Corporate Law work and documentation
- Client communication and case follow-ups
- Preparing legal applications, notices, replies and documents
- Coordinating with advocates, attorneys and internal legal teams
- Maintaining client records and case status
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned legal work

Candidate Profile

- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / LL.M. preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with experience in Trademark/IPR/Corporate Law will be preferred




- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong interest in building a career in IPR & Corporate Law
