- Supervise all teachers and staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Report directly to the Founder.

2. Teaching and student training

- Conduct management and leadership classes.
- Teach skilled communication and workplace etiquette.
- Teach interview preparation and career planning.
- Conduct personality development sessions.
- Share real-world hospitality and business experience.
- Guide students towards supervisory and management positions.

3. Marketing and admissions

- Guide the marketing team.
- Conduct student counselling and admission meetings.
- Promote the institute and build partnerships.

4. Placement and career development

- Build relationships with employers.
- Prepare students for interviews.
- Coordinate internships and job opportunities.
- Monitor students' career progress.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
