- We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Travel Sales Agents with knowledge of international flight bookings, specifically for the US to India and Canada to India routes. Candidates must have hands-on experience w
- Provide competitive airfares, flight options, and suitable travel itineraries.
- Use Amadeus GDS for flight searches, fare quotations, PNR creation, ticket issuance, and reissuance.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
- Handle customer queries related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.




- Follow up with potential customers to maximize booking conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in international flight booking and travel sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Experience handling US to India and Canada to India flight bookings is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift.
