WE ARE HIRING! – WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Industry: Textile Manufacturing
Location: KIM Kudsad, Taluka Olpad, Surat
Experience: 3–7 Years
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, finished goods storage, and dispatch activities at our textile manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
- Handle inward/outward material movement and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure FIFO practices and proper stock management.
- Manage dispatch planning, packing, loading, and transportation coordination.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain GRN, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documentation.
- Prepare inventory and dispatch MIS reports.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping,
safety, and 5S practices.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory experience in the textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, stores, and dispatch operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS software.
- Positive command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
Working Schedule:
- Working Days: 30 days per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Location: KIM Kudsad, Surat
