JOB DESCRIPTION – CENTRE HEAD

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Centre Head to manage the overall operations, business development, academic coordination and growth of our Rajouri Garden Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall centre operations, administration and daily activities.
- Drive admissions, sales, revenue generation and business growth.
- Lead, motivate and manage the counsellors, trainers and support staff.
- Monitor team performance, targets, conversions and collections.
- Handle student queries, parent interactions and grievance redressal.
- Ensure quality of training, academic delivery and student satisfaction.
- Develop local marketing strategies, corporate tie-ups and referral networks.
- Maintain MIS reports, operational records and management updates.
- Ensure discipline, process compliance and smooth functioning of the centre.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education, training or service-sector management.
- Proven experience in sales, business development and team handling.
- Solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and basic business reporting.

- Monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Sales conversion and collection efficiency.
- Team productivity and performance.
- Student satisfaction and retention.
- Overall centre profitability and growth.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: As per experience and suitability
