Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage customer queries and provide post-booking assistance for international flight reservations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle post-booking customer queries related to flight reservations.
- Assist customers with flight cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and ticket reissuance.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators regarding booking-related issues.
- Provide timely updates to customers on refund status and booking changes.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending cases.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in post-sales or customer support within the travel industry.
- Knowledge of international flight bookings and airline procedures.
- Familiarity with GDS tools such as Amadeus is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
