We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Executive to join our team in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will bridge technical operations and client relations, ensuring optimal tyre performance, managing customer technical queries, and handling post-sales support and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Provide end-to-end technical support and after-sales service to key accounts, fleet operators, and retail customers.
- Conduct thorough tyre inspections, tread-depth measurements, wear-pattern analyses, and pressure checks to diagnose premature failures. Recruiting Resources - Workable
- Coordinate and process warranty claims, adjustments, and technical investigations alongside manufacturing quality teams.
- Demonstrate and guide customers/dealers on correct tyre maintenance, wheel alignment, rotation, and inflation protocols. Global Agile Talent Solutions
- Conduct on-site fleet checks or service audits as required, ensuring maximum mileage and safety standards.

Experience Required :-

- 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in technical service, customer support, or aftermarket operations within the Tyre Industry,



automotive components sector, or commercial fleet maintenance.

Knowledge & Skills Required

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of tyre construction, rubber compounds, tread patterns, load indexes, speed ratings, and TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with wheel balancing, alignment tools, mounting/dismounting machinery, and puncture repair methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze wear patterns to determine root causes of tyre degradation (e.g., under-inflation, over-inflation, mechanical misalignment). Recruiting Resources - Workable
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-handling abilities to manage technical complaints, explain inspection findings clearly, and build rapport with fleet managers.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
