Job DescriptionSeeking a senior leader across the Power & Utilities industry and consulting, combining deep expertise in Grid Operations, OT, Network Planning, AEMS/ADMS, Grid Modernization, and Energy Transition with the ability to shape market-leading consulting and technology-led transformation programs. The individual will co-lead the global Networks business, drive growth, develop innovative offerings, and position AI as a core enabler of the future grid.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Networks & Grid Modernization business, driving growth, strategic pursuits, and executive client relationships.Advise utility CXOs on grid modernization, transmission & distribution transformation, network investment planning, capital projects, resilience, and energy transition.Lead large transformation programs spanning:Grid Modernization & Digital GridAEMS, ADMS, DERMS, EMS/DMSSCADA & Control Centre TransformationOT Modernization and IT/OT ConvergenceSmart Grids, Grid Edge and Distributed Energy IntegrationDrive consulting-led engagements in network planning, asset management, regulatory performance, and operational excellence.Develop alliances and ecosystem relationships with utilities, OEMs, hyperscalers,
