Apply today!Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.Responsibilities:Handles documentation and system updates to maintain accuracy and traceability of logistics operationsMonitors shipment status and tracks performance metrics to identify delays or discrepanciesCommunicates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to align requirements and provide updatesResolves routine logistics issues using established procedures and escalates complex cases with supporting detailsMaintains organized records and ensures compliance with operational and reporting standardsAdjusts task priorities and workflow sequencing to meet service-level and operational targets.Requirements:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required2+ years of experience in clinical trial support, clinical logistics coordination logistics, logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking or a related field requiredFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - must haveFluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, both written and verbal - must haveWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM and 13:00 PM – 21:00 PM,
