Position Purpose and SummaryThis role is response for the ERP module for respective functions and other related business applications. This role ensures current and current implementation are best in class which will adhere to functional and non-functional requirements. And best SDLC practices are followed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ERP Implementation & EnhancementsUnderstand the business requirement and the need for customizationPerform fit gap analysis and review solution with business application managerAssess the cross functional and long-term impact of enhancementsDrive continuous improvements and system enhancements to support evolving business needsReview technical implementation from functional and non-functional perspectiveRequirements Gathering & Solution DesignWork closely with stakeholders across departments to gather business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.Ensure that ERP configurations and enhancements support strategic and operational objectives.Change Management & User Adoption
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition during ERP implementations, upgrades, or process changes.
- Support user onboarding, functional training, and documentation of business processes.Business Process AlignmentLead the mapping and optimization of core business processes to align with ERP capabilities.Ensure system performance to achieve business processes TATPlan infra and partner resources alignment for peak festive sale periodStakeholder CollaborationAct as the functional bridge between business ERP SPOC and technical teamsFacilitate workshops, training sessions,



and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment and adoptionProactive as L3 SPOC for function to ensure SLA is met for successful run and operateVendor & Partner CoordinationCollaborate with ERP vendors and implementation partners to align system functionality with business requirements.Review vendor performance against SLA, quality of delivery and other agreed KPIs for respective function.Critical Competencies for Success: Strong understanding of D365 ERP features and technical implementationAdept in managing Run and Operate along with Growth Track for assigned business functionAbility to translate business requirements into ERP functional specificationsExperienced as a SPOC from ERP data side for data exchange with DW and other third partyKnowledge of best practices and industry benchmarks for ERP-enabled processesAbility to evaluate solutions and align them with business objectivesPropose viable solutions for discussion with Application Manager and other stakeholdersProcess mapping and gap analysis capabilitiesSkilled in influencing stakeholders and managing expectations at all organizational levels.Competence in vendor/partner management for ERP projects.Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teamsPerson Profile Education: Bachelor’s in engineering (IT/Computer) or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.Certifications: Microsoft D365 (relevant module)Experience: 10–12 years in ERP Implementation and running out of which 5+ years in MS D365Industry Exposure: Retail, Jewellery, Fashion.Personal Attributes: High integrity, brand sensitivity, empathy, and commercial acumen.
