The Trainer – Green Energy is responsible for delivering technical, safety, operational, and capability-building training programs across Solar PV, Wind Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Solar Manufacturing operations. The role focuses on developing industry-ready technicians, operators, supervisors, and engineers through classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, shopfloor training, assessments, and on-the-job coaching. The trainer will ensure that participants acquire the skills, knowledge, and safety awareness required to perform effectively in renewable energy plants and manufacturing environments while supporting business operational excellence and workforce capability development.
