Job Description:Job PurposeThe role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR programs and site-level projects aligned with Hindalco's CSR framework and unit priorities. It is responsible for supporting the complete project lifecycle, including baseline assessments, NGO coordination, MoU management, documentation, monitoring, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. The position works closely with internal departments, local communities, government administration, and implementation partners to ensure successful and sustainable CSR outcomes.Job ContextThe position operates within the CSR and community engagement function of the Speciality Alumina Belagavi unit.
