Desired qualifications

1. 4 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, system monitoring, and technical support.
2. Experience in SAP system copies, client copies, system refreshes, and post-refresh activities across multiple landscapes.
3. Hands-on experience in SAP landscape management, including Development, Quality, and Production environments.
4. Knowledge of SAP system upgrades, kernel upgrades, support packages, patching, and maintenance activities.
5. Experience in SAP transport management, RFC configuration, background job monitoring, and troubleshooting.
6. Ability to analyze and resolve SAP technical issues related to system performance,



work processes, short dumps, and system logs.
7. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP HANA database monitoring and administration.
8. Experience in system readiness, technical cutover, setting preparation, and go-live support.
9. Ability to coordinate with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical dependencies.
10. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
