Job Summary

Hello Everyone,

Staffingly, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior ABA Recruiter with proven experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABA recruitment, high-volume sourcing, and building candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract BT and RBT candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technician-level positions.
- Identify new sourcing channels and local recruiting opportunities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to increase candidate flow.
- Support online recruitment campaigns and in-person hiring events.
- Understand ABA industry hiring trends and technician-level recruitment challenges.




- Focus on generating new candidate leads and expanding the recruitment funnel.

Required Qualifications

- 2 4 years of hands-on ABA recruitment experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for an ABA agency or organization.
- Strong experience sourcing BTs, RBTs, Behavior Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of high-volume recruitment and candidate pipeline development.
- Understanding of technician-level hiring challenges and turnover.
- Ability to develop and explain effective ABA sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work 45 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for BCBAs and Program Managers.
- Experience coordinating or promoting in-person hiring events.
- Experience building new recruitment pipelines from scratch.
