6 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services or regulated environments Proven production support and operations experience for critical, high-availability applications Strong knowledge of ITIL, major incident management, problem management and root-cause analysis Strong AWS Cloud, DevOps and CI/CD experience, including Infrastructure as Code Technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and React Solid observability and monitoring experience using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Grafana or Prometheus Experience with AIOps, automation, event correlation and self-healing/remediation Strong understanding of resilience, disaster recovery, security, risk and operational controls Proven stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
