Job Description:

- Operate and maintain HT substations, HT panels, switchgear, circuit breakers, and electrical distribution systems.

- Handle the operation and maintenance of 33 kV or higher-capacity electrical systems.

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

- Monitor transformers, protection relays, and associated electrical systems.

- Assist in the operation and maintenance of HT Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), wherever applicable.

- Monitor Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) systems, diesel generators (DG), and power changeover arrangements.

- Identify electrical faults, coordinate corrective maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime.

- Follow electrical safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and shutdown protocols.

- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, breakdown records, and shift handover reports.

- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable and secure electrical operations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical regulations and workplace safety standards.
