Job Description:

- Establish and operationalize Banking Operations to effectively service the International Bank, ensuring seamless delivery.

- Set up and manage the delivery center responsible for local and international client services, adhering to high standards of efficiency and quality.

- Operate within a clean room environment, strictly following protocols to maintain security, confidentiality, and integrity of sensitive data and transactions.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, collateral management, and related financial activities.

- Develop, implement, and oversee quality control frameworks and policies to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

- Lead and manage a diverse team of over 100 professionals, including Chartered Accountants and Graduates, fostering a cooperative and high-performance culture.

- Serve as the key liaison between the delivery center and clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery that meets client expectations.





- Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the service delivery lifecycle, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of banking operations and business processes to align service offerings with client needs.

- Design and implement MIS dashboards tailored to client requirements, including bookkeeping, monthly reporting, and other analytics.

- Manage client audit processes by effectively coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.

- Possess working knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and lead the implementation of systems and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Be flexible to work across different shift timings to support operational requirements.

- Proficient in using transaction processing software and related banking technology platforms
