Job Description:

- Lead design, implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP OpenText solutions.

- Work extensively with OpenText VIM, including invoice processing, exception handling, approval workflows and integration with SAP.

- Configure and support OpenText xECM, Archive Server and document/content management solutions.

- Support document capture solutions such as Intelligent Capture, ICC/BCC where applicable.

- Design integration between OpenText and SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.

- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.

- Prepare functional/technical specifications for OpenText-related developments and enhancements.

- Support implementation lifecycle activities including configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and manage incidents, service requests and change requests.

- Collaborate with SAP functional, ABAP, Basis, Security and integration teams.

- Develop solution documentation, SOPs, configuration documents and knowledge-transfer materials.

- Engage directly with business and client stakeholders and provide solution recommendations.
