Job Description:

- 1) Project Management

- o Manage the complete project lifecycle, including resource onboarding,

- hiring support, knowledge transfer (KT), task allocation, attendance

- tracking, and shift roster management.

- o Ensure timely execution and closure of all assigned tasks, deliverables,

- and project milestones.

- o Lead client meetings, operational reviews, and discussions related to

- new initiatives and enhancements.

- o Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical discussions

- o Collaborate closely with team members to understand capacity,

- expectations, and workload, ensuring effective task assignments.

- o Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related

- communications.

- o Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key

- stakeholders.

- o Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and

- operational excellence.

- o Communicate project status,

- 2) Technical Responsibilities

- o Working knowledge of the BeyondTrust suite, including implementation

- and operational support.

- o Demonstrate knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and secrets management.

- o Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of

- technical issues.

- o Collaborate with technical teams on cloud security, PAM, automation,

- and integration initiatives.

- o Leverage scripting and API-based integrations to drive operational

- efficiency and automation.

- o Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and best practices in

- cloud security and privileged access management.
