Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Java + React) - 8+ Years
Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, Microservices architecture, React-based front-end development, cloud-native deployments, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design and build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Implement modern front-end development practices using React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component-based architecture.
- Develop and optimize database objects, stored procedures, packages, and complex queries using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Build event-driven and asynchronous integrations using Apache Kafka.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in application modernization, migration, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Analyze and resolve application performance, scalability, security, and production issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, Architects, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Ensure code quality and security compliance using SonarQube.
- Manage user stories, defects, releases,



and sprint activities using Jira.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Support and enhance legacy applications built using EJB and WebLogic where required.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, React Router, and component lifecycle.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Robust understanding of GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on WebLogic.
- Experience with SonarQube for code quality and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in Git version control.
- Experience working with Jira in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with EJB (Enterprise Java Beans).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Spring Security and OAuth/JWT-based authentication.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Material UI, or similar React UI frameworks.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience in containerized and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools.




- Exposure to DevOps practices and release management.
- Experience with automated unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Experience in financial services or other enterprise-scale applications is a plus.
