Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive end-to-end software testing activities, lead QA teams, define test strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA team across multiple projects.

- Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution processes.

- Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and automation testing.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.

- Identify, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.

- Ensure quality standards and testing best practices.

- Review test cases, automation scripts, and test reports.

- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

- Manage testing timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Robust experience in Software Testing and QA.

- Manual Testing and Automation Testing.





- Selenium WebDriver / Cypress / Playwright.

- API Testing Postman / REST Assured.

- Programming knowledge Java / Python / JavaScript.

- Test Management Tools JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr.

- Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Defect Management and Test Life Cycle (STLC).

- SQL and Database Testing.

Preferred Skills
- Performance Testing JMeter / LoadRunner.

- CI/CD tools Jenkins / GitHub Actions.

- Cloud testing knowledge AWS / Azure.

- Experience in QA metrics, test reporting, and quality governance.

Required Experience
- 8 12 years of experience in Software Testing.

- 2 4 years of experience in QA Leadership / Test Lead responsibilities.

- Experience managing QA teams and multiple testing activities.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
