Job Summary

Staffingly, Inc. is looking for an experienced GUIDE Intake Coordinator to support a healthcare program focused on dementia care. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, explain program information, schedule intake appointments, and provide compassionate support to elderly patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls within three rings.
- Schedule intake appointments with dementia care navigators, offering appointments within 24 hours when availability allows.
- Explain program benefits and services using approved materials and procedures.
- Offer follow-up calls to individuals who need more information before scheduling.
- Escalate complex questions and urgent situations according to established procedures.
- Handle calls using cloud-based phone systems.
- Document every interaction accurately in the appropriate systems.
- Track call volume, answer rates,



appointments offered and booked, and escalations.
- Prepare daily reports when requested.
- Provide empathetic support to caregivers who may be stressed or overwhelmed.

Required Qualifications

- 3 5 years of healthcare patient intake coordination experience.
- Experience supporting elderly patients and family caregivers.
- Home care, home health, or dementia care experience strongly preferred.
- Proven phone-based crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
- Healthcare educational background, such as MBBS, PharmD, Nursing, or MHA.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Warm, patient, and professional telephone communication.
- Experience with cloud phone systems, scheduling tools, or EHR systems.
- Fast and accurate documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.
- Ability to work a fixed US Eastern Time shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Spanish language skills.
- Familiarity with screening tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PROMIS-10.
